In the face of energy crisis and environmental pollution two major issues, people become more and more aware of the importance of energy-saving environmentally friendly products. In order to solve the problem of the environmental crisis and energy shortage, which is brought by the car, in recent years, new energy vehicles such as hybrid cars gradually entered people's field of vision. In order to increase hybrid vehicle mileage, and increase the utilization efficiency of the vehicle power supply, the bidirectional converter is introduced to the vehicle energy management system on the basis of a lot of research. Not only can meet the need of energy storage and release, to achieve the maximum efficiency and energy bidirectional flow of the system, but also it improve the safety and the reliability of the whole system. In this paper, we propose an interleaving magnetic integration of soft switching bi-directional DC-DC converter through the study of the super capacitor and the various types of bi-directional DC-DC converter topological structures.By using Interleaving Magnetic Integration technology, not only reduces the converter output voltage ripple, the current ripple, the switch loss, but also it can enhance the dynamic response, improve the steady performance of the system, and improve the efficiency of the system. Aiming at the need of energy storage and release and the energy bidirectional flow, the working principle of converter in Buck and boost is analyzed. Through the analysis of the coupled inductor and the choice of core of the converter by using magnetic circuit simulation software to get the magnetic circuit simulation results, the rationality of magnetic core structure is verified. The modeling analysis was carried out by different working state of the converter, established the corresponding modal small signal model and mathematical expressions between control variables to the state variable. The auto disturbance rejection control technology is introduced. And the DC/DC converter system is simulated under the anti disturbance control strategy. The results show that the system has strong robust and fast stability.
