At present, most structures of the high-grade highway pavement are asphalt pavement. As viscoelastic mechanical properties of the Asphalt mixture and the diversity of external factors, when the roads during the period of use, with the number of loads increase, this makes structural strength gradually decreased. As soon as many roads being used, the bleeding, pot hole, rut and other diseases are emerge, now the most serious of them is the rutting damage. So how to in-depth analysis on relationship of the external factor of the rutting between the permanent deformation of road has become an issue faced to the civil engineers。This article describes the affects of the temperature, time, and load to the rutting. And introduce wheel tracking test and indicators, and domestic and international research profile of the Rut and forecast models. In this paper, combined with Burgers model, used constitutive equation of the creep and generalized Hooke theorem, infer the transmutation expressions of single layer rut test piece under cyclic loading. Using of AC-20C mixed material for the trial and use of all orthogonal test method, analysis the significance of three factors base on the rutting experiment. Though different loads, time and temperatures of rutting laboratory tests, get test datas of permanent deformation of the whole process. Used of transmutation expressions and test results of interior rutting laboratory tests and 1stopt software inverse burgers viscoelastic model parameters under different external conditions, and analyse effect of temperature, time and load; also obtained the curve of the time and deformation depth, and asphalt mixture dynamic stability. Combined with burgers viscoelastic model parameters, derived with rutting dynamic stability formul based on the viscoelastic parameters. Use of the regression curve obtaining compaction deformation, and explore the relationship of the rut dept and compaction deformation under the different factors.Article focuses on the use of rutting test combined with Burgers mode derived viscoelastic parameters, to provide a new method for the research of viscoelasticity of asphalt mixtures.
