| As the most dynamic factor in the urban ecosystem, river is the material carrier of urban cultural heritage. It plans an extremely important role on social economic development. But the traditional hydraulic engineering design concept usually focuses on river's flood shipping functions, with little consideration of environmental demands from aspects of the whole urban ecosystem and human psychological. It brings up the universal existence of severe sedimentation, water pollution and"three conversions"(river shape straightening, river section regularization, revetment materials hard electron particle materialization) , and also severely affects household living quality and health. Therefore, search for various needs control measures and give full play to multiple functions of urban rivers , which is becoming increasingly urgent in urban construction. This paper presented near-natural river design approach and model in Zhejiang province from the standpoint of planning combing with the theory, technology and concrete engineering of river ecological restoration. There are four major research areas:(1)By using the spot reconnaissance, photography, measurements and questionnaire investigation to local residents, the author summarized the current issues of urban river in Zhejiang province systematically, comprehensively and factually.(2)By analyzing river's functional requirements to modern people and canal utilization of ancient people, the author preliminarily and systematically summarized human behavior on river channel rehabilitation. It included conservation, restoration, full restoration, creation, wise-use and naturalization.(3)Clearing from the standpoint of basin, the author did an in-depth and quantitative study on the theory, technology and concrete engineering of near-natural river's ecological restoration in Zhejiang province to drafts a systematic review.(4)Classifying near-natural river in Zhejiang province for the first time, (stream, plain, coastal and settlement), the author presented construction strategy and concrete measures according to different types of near-natural river, and practical proof, in order to provide reference for other similar rivers. |
