| With the sustained and stable development of China's economy, energy consumption is also showing a trend of rapid growth, shortage of energy has become increasingly evident. As China's energy structure is single, energy production and use of technology is relatively backward, meanwhile energy industry is confronted with the dual pressure which include increase supply and environment protection. So accelerating the development and utilization of new energy source , scientific utilization and renewable of existing resource and energy, reducing destruction of the ecological environment, these above views are very important to establish economical society.Industrial boilers which are used widely and needed largely is an important thermal power aquipment. Fuel consumption of industrial boiler have from 400million to 500 million tons of standard coal approximately, because industrial boiler efficiency is not high, there is a waste of energy, the average efficiency of industrial boiler have only 60% to 65%, which low 10 to 20 percent point of foreign level, and average consumption of standard coal more 60 million tons each year. In addition industrial boiler emissions a large number of pollutions which include SO2 and NOX into the atmosphere each year. Therefore, strengthening the management of industrial boiler room, improving the operating efficiency and reducing the coal consumption of industrial boilers, decreasing the emission of pollutants in source, these measures which is the concept of cleaner production is one of the important tasks to maintain the sustainable development of China's energy industry.The paper implement energy consumption analysis and thermal performance test to industrial boilers from some enterprises in Guangzhou, finding these boilers to have following problems: (1) low level of management of boiler, (2) water quality management of boilers are not strict, (3) recycling and using rates of boiler is not high, (4) strengthen on supervision is not enough, confusion of the market, (5) self-defect of boiler. According to the current problem of industrial boiler in Guangzhou, to make the corresponding energy-saving technology of industrial boilers:(1) flue gas waste heat recovery technology, (2) condensate recovery technology, (3) stratified combustion of chain boiler and stir the fire technology, (4) boiler of scale prevention and scale removal of technology, (5) compound burning technology of chain boiler, (6)oxygen-enriched combustion technology, (7) installing boiler variable pressure heat accumulator, on this basis to make appropriate ways and means of energy-saving as follows: (1) decreasing the exhaust gas temperature, (2) put an end air leakage and reasonable combustion-supporting air, reducing the smoke exhausting quantity, (3) retional organization of combustion and decreasing the heat loss, (4) enhancing adiabatic insulation and reducing the heat loss, (5) to ensure the quality of boiler feed water, (6) improving the operation level of stoker, (7) strengthening management, exploit potentialities, paying attention to maintenance.By understanding the development staus of industrial boilers and energy-saving's ways and means, which make us realize the important and necessity of energy-saving of industrial boilers, it will provide useful exploration to research energy-saving of industrial boilers for the future. |
