Energy consumption in the industrial building holds a quite great proportion of energy consumption. But for a long time, comparing with the civil building, energy consumption in the industrial building had not get the attention it deserves. As the development of China’s manufacturing industry and increasing requirements of energy-saving, it is really imperative to conduct energy-saving work about industrial building.The paper outlines the green industrial building’s origin and the development, analyzes the domestic and international evaluation system of green building. And Use the energy stimulation software eQUEST as the main research tool to establish the model which can reflect the characteristics of industrial buildings. The paper aims at carrying out to study regular energy saving technologies of industrial buildings.Based on the research of impacts on energy saving technologies in cold areas, the main point of envelope structure should be in roof. The indoor temperature setting and ventilation rate can bring large impacts on building energy consumption, thus the indoor temperature and ventilation rate should be lower under condition of industrial production and thermal comfort. However, night ventilation should be sufficiently utilized to reduce the indoor natural temperature. The paper conclude gas infrared radiant heating is a more economical and efficient form of heating by doing measure and economic analysis of large space heating systems in different forms.The paper researches how energy-saving technology used in hot summer and warm winter zone having impacts on air conditioning energy consumption. And quantifies the impact of technological measures such as indoor temperature setting, chiller COP, Supply air temperature, large-temperature system, pump efficiency, variable water system, variable speed fan of cooling tower on the energy consumption of air conditioning. And then analyzes the forms of energy-saving air-conditioning system used in industrial buildings.
