Energy is the necessary material condition for the development of national economy.With the growth of economy and the improvement of living standard of material culture,the demand of energy is increasing,and energy consumption brings welfare to the production and life.China focuses on improving energy efficiency and reducing energy intensity in the industrial sector,which shows that the energy?saving potential of industrial sectors is enormous.It can play a decisive role in improving energy use efficiency,reducing pollutant emissions and ensuring sustainable economic development.Firstly,according to the specific situation of each region of Dalian,this paper adopts stratified sampling method to investigate the energy consumption of various industrial industries in each region.A statistical analysis method was used to obtain the energy consumption of the industrial enterprises above and below the designated size in Dalian in2014.By means of carring out the collation,accounting,analysis and classification,the energy consumption level of industrial enterprises in each region of Dalian was understood.Then,based on the theory of industrial structure,through technology energy?saving,industrial structure adjustment,energy structure adjustment and other energy development strategy,a detailed analysis was carried out about industrial energy consumption.This paper put forward the industrial sector energy?saving path for decision?making departments to effectively control the total energy(coal)consumption,and improve energy efficiency(unit GDP energy consumption).The results show that:industrial technology energy?saving is expected to reach 2.2564 million tons of coal equivalent in2020,and to reach 5.4428 million tons of coal equivalent in 2030;through industrial structure adjustment,manufacturing can save energy 1.828 million tons of coal equivalent in2020,and can save 2.642 million tons of coal equivalent in 2030;through technical energy?saving and industrial structure adjustment energy conservation,it is expected that the industrial unit output energy consumption could reduce to 0.13 tons of coalequivalent/ten thousand yuan in 2020,and unit output energy consumption decreased to0.12 tons of coal equivalent/ten thousand yuan in 2030.Finally,this paper evaluates the current economy and energy consumption situation of the high energy?consuming industry,chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing and its sub industries.The energy saving potential of high energy consuming industry was researched from three aspects,as technology progress,energy structure adjustment and industrial structure adjustment.The total energy consumption and total raw coal consumption in this industry was analyzed and the future development direction of the industry was given.
