Appliance And Control On Cracks In Cast-in-situ Concrete Floors In Ganzhou

Cast-in-situ concrete floor is a well-adopted structure member in industry and residential buildings. However,the cracks in cast-in-situ concrete floor is a frequently occurred common-problem and becoming a hot-complaint quality issue in recent years.In order to crack down on this baffling problem,the engineers have done a lot of exploations and reseachs, have made a series of achievements,but the cracks in cast-in-situ concrete floor is still a common problem.This article explains initially how the cracks in cast-in-situ concrete floor come from. And had made a lot of investigations of the cracks in cast-in-situ concrete floor in Ganzhou. Based on research in many project samples, the cracks-forming reasons come to four aspects: design, construction, materials and use. This essay is a systematic analyses and summary of different forming reasons,and forms of the cracks and features of the cracks,put forward their control precautions and methods to repair them. These methods have been applied to industry and residential buildings,and had achieved good results. Thus, this essay is of realistic value to instruct construction and avoid the cracks in cast-in-situ.
