Research On Business Process Re-engineering Of Factory Inspection In A Brach

In this paper, enterprise background, whole A branch operation characteristics and competitive environment are introduced. This paper points out some existing problems and the great significance of solving problems by through the application of process re-engineering. Based on development present situation, the basic concept, the basic principle and basic methods, the existing business processes is described, analyzed and designed. The new business process is formed. The predicting and evaluating to performance after the reconstruction achieve the expected effect.This paper mainly discussed the business process re-engineering analysis method, the application of its implementation steps including business process description method, business process analysis and redesigning method of the business process. In the business process description, according to A branch of business in two levels, in the higher SIPOC figure description for the application, application of ASME method described in the bottom of local and details. RRBCS and ABC method is adopted in business process analysis. RRBCS method is adopted to solve the problem of a practical analysis method from the customer needs, resources consumption, bottleneck, control, stability analysis. ABC method is used to evaluate business process's real expenditure. For business process redesign, use of A widely used method of business process reengineering theoretical analysis tools-ESIA method (clear, integration, automation, simplified) to minimize no value-added activity is applied. This paper will take measures of process re-engineering to eliminate shorts of former flow, establish new process scheme and finally enhance the ability to support A branch of business and operational efficiency, building more reasonable and efficient business process and reducing the operating cost.
