Thus greatly improving the quality requirements for cargo loading.Paper rail freight transport incidents as research background, analyze the problems of existing railway goods station of the means of transport in the cargo inspection job exists, and for cargo inspection operations process reengineering or optimization. And the existing station of the Beijing Railway Bureau in the implementation of the freight check for the study, its analysis of the existing problems in the implementation of the cargo inspection process, and computer technology, information technology support of the Beijing Railway Bureau freight check the operating procedures optimization analysis to improve the efficiency and driving safety of the Railway Bureau freight check. Therefore, the main work is as follows:(1) Chapter2in the rail freight check some basic theoretical knowledge to supplement, calculated according to the definition issued by the Ministry of Railways Railway overweight gauge freight transport rules "overrun overweight cargo classification, overrun boundaries method, and the width of goods calculated to sort out.(2) Chapter3, the operating procedures of the existing rail freight inspection, analysis, and put forward the problems that exist in the existing rail freight inspection operation, and propose a new cargo inspection work flow, and on this basis proposed new station transport system and management mode.Finally, the article studies the contents analyzed, and future research directions.
