As a key component of a car,the brake pad is also a consumable for driving a car,which is closely related to people’s daily travel and life.With the expansion of the sales market of the brake pad industry,fierce competition has formed between brake pad factories,and the brake pad factories have been reorganized to create and use information management.However,these information systems always operate under the old management methods and lack the research and analysis of business processes,making the information management system only a substitute for the manual management system,and the computer technology has not played its due effect.Based on the idea of process reengineering,this paper develops a brake pad factory process reengineering system by using the SpringBoot and Vue framework to develop a brake pad factory process reengineering system to improve the production efficiency of the factory by customizing the process reengineering plan,studying the brake pad formula,and realizing the visualization of the factory data.This article focuses on the design and implementation of the brake pad factory business process reengineering system,and the following work is carried out:(1)The domestic and international status quo of process reengineering,brake pad formulation and friction material properties,and data visualization are studied.Investigate the production process of A brake pad factory to understand the existing business process of the factory.According to the core idea of process reengineering,the business process of the brake pad factory was redesigned,and the brake pad factory process reengineering plan was formulated.(2)By analyzing the relationship between brake pad formulation materials and formulation performance,using deep learning methods and using BP neural network to build a model,the brake pad formulation research is carried out.In order to improve user experience and interactivity,a brake pad formulation system was designed and developed.The formula system is used to manage the formula data,predict the performance parameters of the brake pad formula,and generate formulas based on the expected performance parameters.(3)Collect the information data of the factory.According to the characteristics of different data and the meaning of the data itself,the data in production is organized or analyzed and processed and visually displayed,data-driven graphics generation is used,and page performance is optimized.(4)Analyze the business requirements of the brake pad factory,design the database and business process according to the formulated factory process reengineering plan,select the currently popular SpringBoot and Vue framework for the separation of the front and back ends of the system to realize the brake pad factory process reengineering system.The application of the system shows that the customization of the process reengineering program fundamentally solves the problem of low production efficiency,makes the production process of the factory clearer,and improves the accuracy of the production process.The brake pad formula research has brought great convenience for the factory to develop formulas,and reduced the cost of formula research and development.Data visualization realizes the visualization and diversification of factory management,can convey information more intuitively and effectively,and help people with weak technology adapt to work.
