Bridge is closely related with the human activities. With the development of the cause of the bridge, the construction method of various, specific construction by environment and conditions for promoting the new construction methods.Based on the FuZhou LuoZhou bridge (self-anchored suspension bridge)'s girder construction, applying major finite element analysis software SAP2000, establish the pushing process simulation program. Installation process of steel box girder is new-styled one which called translation construction craft. Guide beam of steel girder is Z1 section. According to the characteristics of the steel box girder of influence, stress parameters to do a detailed analysis, research the special requirements of pushing and relevant measures are introduced, and the key techniques for the construction. The paper mainly completed work are as follows:1) introduced LuoZhou bridge construction pushing the overall thinking and local structural simulation analysis approach. On the continent bridge each pushing process each stage the whole simulation analysis, and thrust girder deflection roof, it adopts steel girder guide beam section, and determine the adverse conditions as local analysis's.2) introduced box beam loading characteristics, SAP2000 software and shell element. By using the finite element method, through the local mixture to strengthen monitoring and analysis to find the local area, and puts forward the corresponding reinforcement method.3) combined with engineering introduction of construction technology of translation pushing characteristics and process equipment, use of centralized control system, and greatly improve the construction quality. Introduce the transition pier platform design and construction.4) combined with construction supervision LuoZhou bridge concrete work and the simulation results, and put forward the construction control key and matters needing attention are expounded comprehensively.
