Asphalt pavement is widely used in the highway of the domestic and overseas for its good characteristics of high-temperature stability, low-temperature stability, comfortable and steady for driven, low noise and so on. However, asphalt concrete is a kind of material of environment sensitivity, its material properties will change under the high and low temperature field and the long-term aging. Under the high temperature field, the temperature of the top of the asphalt pavement is always higher than the deeper location. Under the low temperature field, the temperature of the top is lower than the deeper location. Meanwhile, the asphalt material properties will be different under temperature field. The lower the temperature is, the higher the modulus of the asphalt concrete will be, and with the temperature growing higher, the asphalt concrete will change from elastic material to viscous-elastic material. And the long-term aging is not homogeneous, the degree of aging of the top is higher. As a result, the material modulus is higher by the long-term aging. But the traditional designing and analysis process assume the material parameters are the same along the depth direction, which is different from the practical situationIn this paper, the gradient characteristics of asphalt pavement will be accounted under the high and low temperature field and by the long-term aging. Then, the gradient model which accounts for the material parameters'gradient change along the depth direction and the homogenous model will be built, calculated and analyzed. When calculating and analyzing the low temperature condition, the SS-DQM method will be used, then, the long-term aging model will be used in the analyzing of gradient property by the long-term aging. The viscous-elastic characteristic will be accounted and the Maxwell model will be used for the analysis of the Mechanical response under the high temperature field. In the end, the gradient changing law of the asphalt material parameters and the mechanical response under the high and low temperature field and by the long-term aging will be got.
