Electric heating technology using carbon fiber on pavement is the most researched measure to remove ice and snow.Compared with other deicing and snow removal measures,it has excellent characteristics such as rapid heating, good effect, simple installation, convenient control, high strength and high durability, etc. However,it also has the opposite side. For example, the installation of the heating cable layer and the thermal insulation layer has an adverse effect on the road structure. On the other way,long-term heating will accelerate the aging and fatigue of the asphalt mixture. Therefore,in view of the impact of electric heating on the performance of asphalt pavement, this article analyzes and evaluates the reconstruction of a tourist road in a forest area. The main work is as follows:Firstly, this article carries out a simplified one-dimensional temperature field calculation of asphalt pavement, and obtains asphalt pavement temperature gradient during electric heating. The regression analysis of the compressive rebound modulus of asphalt mixture at different temperatures shows that there is a logarithmic relationship between the compressive modulus of the asphalt mixture and the temperature. The compressive rebound modulus-temperature(E-T)curve of AC-13 C and AC-16 C asphalt mixture was obtained. The temperature gradient was transformed into an elastic modulus gradient, and the effect of short-term heating on asphalt mixture was analyzed.Secondly,a simplified finite element analysis model of asphalt pavement is established according to the actual project. In this article, the elastic modulus gradient is written by finite element software finite element analysis software, and the variation of mechanical properties of asphalt pavement under short-term heating is obtained. The effects of different surface thickness,Poisson's ratio and temperature on the performance of asphalt pavement under short-term heating were analyzed, and the optimum surface layer thickness,Poisson's ratio and temperature of carbon fiber electric heating asphalt pavement were obtained. Finally,in order to study the performance change of asphalt pavement under long-term heating, the short-term aging is simulated by oven heating test(STOA)and indoor delay oven heating test(LTOA)simulates long-term aging according to the test procedure. As a result, the aging performance of asphalt mixture under long-term heating was analyzed, the effect of long-term heating on the compressive rebound modulus of the asphalt mixture was obtained.Next, the test data is written into the finite element software finite element analysis software. The differences of maximum shear stress, maximum transverse stress, deflection, maximum bending stress and maximum vertical stress of asphalt pavement under short-term aging and long-term aging are compared and analyzed, the effect of long-term heating on the performance of asphalt pavement. The content studied in this article is of great significance for the control of the structural properties and influencing factors of carbon fiber electrically heated asphalt pavement, and it lays the foundation for the research on the performance of carbon fiber electric heating asphalt pavement.
