Recent year, with the high speed development of national economy, the high grade highway construction is prompting forward by the unprecedented development speed. At the same time, under the complex combined function of both the transportation condition and the environmental factors, both the cement concrete road surface and asphalt concrete road surface are appeared varying degree early harm phenomenon such as surface crack, reducing the pavement life greatly. Therefore, our country has conducted the widespread thorough research regarding this, through many projects practice examination, we have proven that geosynethetics is very effective when it is used in reinforcing the pavement structure technology. Presently, although has the massive successful projects example, domestic and foreign all appears some experiments of the road section to reinforce the expiration situation. In the expiration of geosynethetics reinforcing the pavement, an important reason is the geosynethetics material aging.Therefore, this article first introduced the geosynethetics product survey, the raw material as well as the aged mechanism and the influence factor. Generally speaking, due to the material is inevitable in the process of use must contact the oxygen, therefore aging mainly performs for the oxidized effect. One reason is the warm temperature produces the hot oxidation, another reason is the sunlight causes photooxidation. In the asphalt overlay construction process, as a result of the asphalt and the bituminous mixture high temperature conduction and the temperature field fierce change, which causes the geosynethetics high temperature condition and the temperature field change inevitably, then causes the geosynethetics aging. After the construction of asphalt overlay ends, because of covers of the material partition sunlight and the oxygen, the geosynethetics aged speed remarkably will slow down. So the aging is the hot aging effect which is produced by the asphalt and the bituminous mixture high temperature which is produced in the process of construction.This article simulated the asphalt overlay in the construction process to carry on the hot aging of the geosynethetics, aim at various usefulness of geosynethetics reinforcing asphalt overlay (reinforcing, isolation and guarding against infiltrates), preparing the corresponding test sample of the geosynethetics , carried on the...
