With living standards improves, traditional structure forms which has little potential can not meet people's upgrading demand already, By the mean time as the technology enhanced, processing technology matures, people hope emerges new structure design which appear closer to natural design, deployable structures is one such came into being close to nature, close to the life structure, in general, this structure has the uncertainty configuration of the structure from the contraction state to the fully expanded state. The system transformation usually process with a large displacement small strain characteristics.Speaking of the structural characteristics, folding structure can be divided into flexible sheet structure and rigid folded structure, The folded membrane structure can mainly be represented by the flexible sheet structure, which mainly decided by the properties of the material nature; rigid folded structure is mainly to scissor-hinge structures and gemel structures.In this paper, On the basis of accessing to large number of domestic and foreign documents introducing the inflatable folded membrane structure and rigid deployable bridge research status, and based on issues contact the project designed and fabricated a new type of land-based inflated membrane structures antenna and a kind of light military-grade pedestrian bridge.Newly designed land based inflatable structure antenna has new structural form, its shape is a standard spherical, internal layout splicing reflector, by maintaining up and down sphere pressure difference formation reflector, With peripheral cable attached to ground to realization reliable connection, this structure antenna has high folding rate and lightweight advantages, which especially suitable for emergency circumstances like earthquake, flood, war, telemedicine communications forces deployment, in continued, or reconstruction. This article conducted static and dynamic analyses on membrane structural forms of such antenna; The original acceleration sensors measuring lightweight membrane structure vibration is not applicable, This paper innovatively programming binocular vision measurement method based on matlab calibration toolbox to realize time-track vibration for the structure of fundamental frequency information; Facing looking for reflector focus point difficult circumstances, a kind of freedom focusing mechanism with three to the degrees is designed, the use of lightweight high-strength plexiglass produced and sufficient regulation margin.In the designing process of the military pedestrian bridge of this paper, the basic rigid deployable body scissor hinge and sleeve were chosen for the vertically launched element of the bridge system. This paper innovatively integrate bridge deck as a simultaneous expansion elements to the under frames, so the bridge panel automatic lay finished while bridges expand finished and locked which greatly improves structure expand efficiency; This design also designed stiffening truss to bearing different levels of load; in right variety locking institutional study basis selected several reasonable effective locking institutions; and structure Expand experiments and loading experiments proved that design meet requirements and locking institutions can normally work; and comparable to the FEM software analysis results.
