With the in-depth exploration of the space mysteries,traditional satellites can no longer satisfy people's desire for information in outer space,and the development of super-large and high-precision satellites and space stations becomes more urgent and necessary.As the equipment of satellite transmitting and receiving signals,the satellite-borne antennas play a decisive role in the successful launch of satellite.According to the current development situation of deployable parabolic solid reflector antenna at home and abroad,the paper designs a kind of new deployable solid reflector antenna mechanism with deployment aperture of 2.2m,and completes the structural design,the kinematic and dynamic analysis,the development of principle prototype of the deployable solid reflector antenna mechanism,the precision analysis and the experimental verification.Specifically,it includes the following aspects:A kind of deployable solid reflector antenna mechanism with deployment aperture of 2.2m is designed.Four basic deployable mechanism configurations are proposed,and the degrees of freedom,advantages and disadvantages of every mechanism are analyzed.Then,the optimization of the number of antenna panel,the determination of the furling angle and structure size of the basic deployable mechanism are completed.Detailed structural design of the basic deployable mechanism,the panelsupporting and locking mechanism,the locking and unlocking switch mechanism and the linkage transmission mechanism are carried out,and the deployment principle of the antenna is completed.The basic developable mechanism is abstracted into a single closed-loop spatial linkage mechanism,and the degree of freedom of the mechanism is analyzed.The relationship between the input displacement and the output rotation angle is obtained by position vector equation,and the relationship between rotation angles is solved by vector closed projection method.The kinematic characteristics of the mechanism,such as trajectory,velocity and acceleration,are analyzed.The kinematics simulation model of the mechanism is established by ADAMS software,and the correctness of kinematics analysis is verified.On the basis of kinematics analysis,the Lagrange function of basic developable mechanism is deduced by using D-H coordinate transformation matrix,and the driving force in the process of mechanism motion is solved by numerical calculation.The correctness of dynamic analysis is verified by ADAMS software simulation.The ADAMS simulation dynamic model of the basic developable mechanism is established.The driving force of the mechanism is analyzed.The reliability of the lock and unlock switching mechanism and the dynamic characteristics of the basic developable mechanism when the support rod is flexible are analyzed.In addition,the overall dynamic performance of the antenna structure are analyzed,including the natural frequency and corresponding array of the antenna in different states,with or without locking mechanism,the harmonic response analysis of the antenna in the deployed state,the influence factors of the natural frequency of the basic deployable mechanism and the sensitivity analysis of the parameters.The principle prototype of deployable solid reflector antenna is developed,and the deployable function test is carried out to verify the correctness of the repeated deployment function of the antenna and the selection of structural size parameters.Then,in order to realize the error source and accurate analysis of repeated deployment and surface accuracy of antenna,the error precision model of deployable mechanism caused by component size and rotary hinge error is established.Simultaneously,Monte Carlo method is introduced to simulate the error,and the accuracy measurement is carried out to verify the analysis.Finally,the shape accuracy and modal measurement experiments of deployable solid reflector antenna are carried out to verify the correctness of the dynamic performance analysis of the antenna structure,so as to provide data reference for the design of deployable solid reflector antenna mechanism.
