In recent years, the reinforcement of building structure's diseases have been developing rapidly. In the reinforcements of building structure's diseases, there are a considerable part of buildings, which have been reinforced to make the building structure meet the requirements of safe use because of the degrading of concrete intensity. At present, the reinforcement of concrete structure's diseases are confined to the traditional methods of reinforcement almostly, and with the development of the reinforcement theory and the technology, it has been becoming more and more important for the methods and theory of reinforcement to meet the concrete structuresIn this paper, making the example of one concrete structure as the engineering background of this paper in the city of Chifeng, which belong to province of Neimenggu. The diseases appeared in the project Were analyzed and found out that the reason of generation of cracks and decrease of concrete intensity was mainly caused by the material selection, construction management and so on. According to the characteristics of the diseases, the paper outlined several methods of fitting to the reinforcement of low strength concrete structure. Also analyzing and researching the theory and method to improve the limited values of axial compressive ratio of wet-connected envelop Iron reinforced column.The paper defines the concept of axial compressive ratio of wet-connected envelop iron reinforced column, and deduces the formula of the limited values of axial compressive ratio of wet-connected envelop Iron reinforced column based on the limit state of destruction. Through the formula, we can learn that the coefficient of restriction to the section shape of concrete column caused by angle steel is helpful to the increase of limited values of axial compressive ratio of wet-connected envelop Iron reinforced column, but the stress level of the concrete column decreases the advantaged effect. Also, reinforcement angle steel and concrete column bear the load together, meanwhile a portion of load that have affected the column previously shared by the angle steel, all these above play a beneficial effect on the increase of axial compressive ratio limited value.For the lower strength of concrete affecting the mechanical behavior of the structure, the paper analyzes and calculates the effect of mechanical performance of concrete multi-storey frame structure caused by the decrease of the concrete grade on the standard of criterion. Through the analysis decrease of concrete grade has little effect on the structure period, story displacement and stiffness but more to the load capacity of concrete structure, especially to the axial compressive ratio of ground floor column, and often can not meet the specification requirement. Finally, the formula is documented to be reliable and convenient by calculating the concrete column reinforced by angle steel in the project. The method and theoretical gist are provided for the relative design in the future.
