In the processing of motor's production, operation and research, we need to test the motor's characteristic and parameters frequently. Now with the increasingly demanding of motor performance, especially the motor precision control extensively applied, the traditional dynamometer seems to have can't satisfy the new requirements of the motor characteristics testing. Therefore developing a set of high precision and time-saving motor testing system is especially important.In view of the above questions, this paper proposes a new test method of the characteristic of motoran which is accord with the IEEE standard test and based on the moment of inertia of rotor. At the same time, based on the deeply researched the theory, we develop a rapid and concise testing system which comprises the PC and the DSP signal processing module.Using of the moment of inertial of rotor as the motor's loading, the test system works rapidly and accurately. But the premise conditions are accurately test out of rotor's rotational inertia and the motor's angle acceleration value in setup phase with noload. The research on acquiring above two parameters and the design of software and hardware are the key problems which studied in this paper. This paper's main work and the research achievements obtains:1. Proposed a new method for measuring of motor rotor rotating inertia based on free parking process, realizing the on-line measuring without disassembling. Basing on analyzed the characteristics of motor when free decelerate in two cases of noloading and loading standard inertia block, we established the mathematical model between the rotor of inertia and angle acceleration of the two cases. And we make a strict mathematical derivation for the model.2. On the basis of part 1 and the practical needs, we proposed a new motor characteristics measuring method based on rotor moment of inertia. This method of testing the motor characteristics liberates people from the tedious work.3. In order to realize the combining theory with practice and demonstrate this theory correctly, we designed a rapid and concise testing system which is comprised of the PC and the DSP signal processing module. DSP signal processing module is responsible for collecting the speed signal. Serial communications connects PC. PC accomplishes the work of signals receiving, processing and plotting, etc. And then we finally gain the work of various operation characteristics from motor. |
