The electric power trade system is a software system about implement information technology management in business expanding and reading-compute-check-billing of electric quantity and electricity fee for power supply enterprises, and in the power marketing system, the electricity tariff calculation is the basis and key, at the same time,it is also the most complicated technical processing module.Power supply system in the complex structure of distribution network, customer demand for electricity and electricity policy and other changing factors result in electricity consumption measurement methods and calculations very complicated. In addition, most of the existing electricity tariff calculation system has shortcomings of short expending.so it can not be good to meet all kinds of calculations required under special circumstances. To solve this problem, this paper designed a way to meet a variety of power, well-equipped and flexible, scalable computational model of electricity tariff In order to achieve the system to calculate the speed, accuracy, security and reliability requirementsTherefore, design a county-level electricity-supplier electricity calculation system, data query easier, change of data in any moment can be learned. This system consists of electricity transcribing module, electricity, inquires the statistical calculation module of modules, and finally to achieve electricity charges, inquires, copy, and the statistics of the module can add, delete, modify, and it will be the power supply enterprise has the very vital significance. It can greatly reduce the staff working intensity, and can let staff and other researchers understand each customer simply in a year or one month of electricity.This paper analyzes the present situation of power supply station management, referring to the existing problem of power supply station management puts forward the management model of "county country integration" discusses the system structure, the network settlement scheme and database design of county country integration management information system. We design and develop the county country integration quantity and charge of electricity subsystem on this foundation. This paper explains the important operation and difficult technique problem involved during the system design in detail and administers the particular settlement of the problem appearing in the scene.
