Along with the rapid development of electric power industry,the application field of electrical energy is wider.Electricity power provides a strong impetus to the development of the national economy and society,and promotes the progress of social science and technology and the improvement of production efficiency.Meantime,the development of electric power technology provides an important material base for the improvement of the people's living standard and the modernization of the national economy.Electrification degree of industrial and agricultural,transportation,resident life,municipal business and other fields is an important sign that reflects national economy and social development.In this paper,considered the actual conditions in Guiyang,the power grid planning including the near future,medium-term and long-term is carried out based on the current situation of the current power grid to solve the problem that Guiyang power grid has been unable to meet the Guiyang national economic and social development of the power demand.The main work includes the following aspects:(1)Statistics of the basic situation of hydroelectric power and wind power in Guiyang Country is performed.Transmission and distribution Facilities' information of 110 k V and above,35 k V and 10 k V network are collected and analyzed.The characteristic of the Guiyang power grid is summarized,then the problems in the current power grid are pointed out.(2)Considered other development planning of Guiyang Country,elastic coefficient method,linear regression method,comprehensive electricity level method and key user method are used to load forecasting based on economic development and load data of Guiyang country over the years.The final data is obtained after compared the forecast data.The whole Guiyang area is divided to some regions according to the differences of user load characteristics.The partition load forecast is conducted.(3)Based on the forecast of electricity consumption,annual maximum load utilization hours is determined by load characteristics of each partition,and power forecasts of whole country and each partition are carried out,then power balance calculation and reactive power balance calculation are performed.(4)The recommended scheme is obtained after given two kinds of capacity balance models are discussed and analyzed.Different voltage levels' transformelectric capacity balance of whole country and each partition are calculated based on the recommended scheme,then substation layout is got.(5)The near future,medium-term and long-term planning of the main power gird are conducted based on load forecast and substation layout,and detailed description is given.Power flow calculation shows that planning scheme is reliable and feasible.
