At present, high-rise buildings develop rapidly in China.Short-shear wall structure not only meet the design requirements,but also save concrete,steal bars dosage,cost is more economic,therefore,this structural system has been widely used in our multi-layer, high-rise residence.This paper has made a nonelinear analysis on short-shear wall structure by Ansys software, analyzes its bearing capacity and deformation ability,then,adopted coupling beam section and its reinforcement ration of short-shear wall structure as design variables,the lowest cost as objective function for the optimization of short-shear wall structure.In this paper, are the following aspects:Ansysis on different wall limb thickness ration of short-shear wall structure, different wall limb reinforcement ration of short-shear wall structure, different coupling beam's span-height ration of short-shear wall structure, different coupling beam's reinforcement ration of short-shear wall structure,we can see that, with the increasement of limb thickness ration the ductility of the components first increased and then decreased,to the limb thickness ration is 6.5, the ductility of the components is best; with the increasement of coupling beam's reinforcement ration, the ductility of the components first increased and then decreased, to the coupling beam's reinforcement ration is 2.5, the ductility of the components is best; with the increasement of limb reinforcement ration, the ductility of the components is increased; with the increasement of coupling beam's reinforcement ration, the ductility of the components is decreased.This paper adopt coupling beam section and its reinforcement ration of short-shear wall structure as design variables, the coupling beam's reinforcement ration is 2.5, limb reinforcement ration, strength of short-shear wall structure and stiffness of short-shear wall structure as constraint, the lowest cost as objective function for the optimization of short-shear wall structure.It is concluded that optimized cost saveings of more than 15% before optimization.Ansysis on the bearing capacity, the deformation capacity and cost of short-shear wall before and after optimization.We can see that, the bearing capacity of the optimized component is lower than before,but the ductility of the component is better and reduce the cost,achieve better economic results.
