The research results is an important part of the subject of asphalt pavement structure design method based on many index, its main purpose is to Analysis, evaluation and fixed the applicable and rationality of the latest fatigue damage prediction model of asphalt pavement of our country, finally establish a suitable one for the asphalt pavement our country, and provide technical support to asphalt pavement structure design method research. Through the method of combining the laboratory test and field accelerated loading test, finally established the prediction model of asphalt pavement fatigue life.First of all, different types of asphalt mixture laboratory four-point flexure beam fatigue test was processed by controlled strain mode in different strain levels, verify the effectiveness and prediction accuracy of the latest proposed laboratory fatigue life prediction model.Secondly, four different asphalt pavement structures were built which used the AC-13 type HMA, the graded crushed rock base was used.Through accelerated loading test,we got asphalt surface deflection, bottom tensile strain, and modulus in fatigue process. The accelerated loading test stopped after 800 thousands load applications, only structural one does not meet the criteria of fatigue failure. Finally, using method of MF and combining Sigmoidal function to establish the contact with laboratory fatigue prediction model and field fatigue performance of the ALF road, and got the asphalt pavement fatigue life prediction equations after transverse distribution correction and standard axle load conversion. The verification results show that this model has higher precision of prediction and more stability than Beijing ALF fatigue life prediction model.
