By the end of 2008, the highway has experienced rapid development in china, the total length of national highway has reached 60300 kilometers, which continues to rank second in the world, built by the highway, the asphalt pavement account for 90%. Throughout China's highway construction and use of the status quo, although the rapid increase in mileage, but also exposed a lot of early damage to asphalt pavement universal phenomenon. The reason, in addition to the structural design of pavement and materials quality control problems, the construction quality due to road damage caused by the issue of more and more concerned about the road workers. Segregation of Asphalt Mixture Asphalt Pavement Construction is encountered in the most difficult issue, but also lead to the occurrence of the damage of asphalt pavement, one of the root causes.Segregation of Asphalt Mixture Asphalt Pavement will not only lead to all kinds of damage occurred early and long-term use of the roads have an important impact on performance.In the developed countries, the Long-term performance of pavement has been studied for several decades, and many fruitful achievements were made. However, this study is still in its initial stage in China. The purpose of this study rely on Jilin-Hunchun highway, to carry out segregation of the asphalt mixture of asphalt pavement of long-term pavement performance impact of research to fill gaps in this regard.This paper analysed the evaluating indicators of Long-term performance of the asphalt pavement at home and abroad, through which the evaluating indicators of Long-term performance of the asphalt pavement suited for our country in seasonal frost region were proposed. In addition, the model was established by ANSYS software in order to simulate the segregation state of asphalt mixture, and the mechanical response of asphalt pavement structure under segregation was obtained. At the same time, this paper has established the life prediction model of asphalt pavement, and also has analysed the impact that be given to the life of asphalt pavement by different degree of segregation.In order to avoid the interior molding and performance test specimen can not be completely characterized the shortcomings of the actual road performance, the study of Jilin-Hunchun high-speed asphalt pavement whole construction site, the road cut panels, a large number of roads cut through the plate test, analysis of the asphalt mixture of different degree of segregation asphalt pavement for the long-term pavement performance indicators.Finally, the latest accelerated pavement testing equipment(MMLS3) in the international was used to test the Long-term performance of these plates which extracted from the upper layer and middle layer of the asphalt pavement, analysis of the load and the degree of segregation of asphalt pavement on the road performance of a long-term impact of the law.In this study, from theory to reality, from the interior to the site on the mixture of long-term isolation on the road performance of a detailed analysis, drawn a lot of valuable conclusions and recommendations,which will give the basis for the asphalt pavement construction control and lay the foundation for the later Long-term performance research of asphalt pavement.
