The Study Of The Influences On Surrounding Lots After Comprehensive Restoration Of Yu River (Zhangmian River) In Weifang

With the concern of environmental pollution, river flood resilience, landscaping and other issues, comprehensive restoration of urban river had been put on the agenda gradually since the late 1990s in our country. Comprehensive restoration by the river, created a urban river with the "water safety, water environment, water landscapes, water culture, water economy" five features combined into one river, and not only achieved the ecological benefit and economical benefit and social benefit coordinated development in the river basin, but also caused many changes in the river surrounding lots.Taking the comprehensive restoration projects of Yu River and Zhangmian River in Weifang as examples and according to the results of on-site investigation and interviews, this thesis eliminated the influences of urban development, then the influences of the comprehensive restoration of urban rivers were appeared. Based on this location, the influences on the river surrounding's land use, traffic organization and urban landscape were studied.Firstly, the thesis researched the influences on the river surrounding's land use by the comprehensive restorations of Yu River (Zhangmian River) in Weifang, respectively, from land-use structure, land layout, land development intensity and parcel scale of four plots were discussed. Among them, in the land-use structure, the paper not only studied the influences on the overall land-use structure by the river comprehensive restoration, and also studied the influences on the structure of Residential land, Public service area and Industrial land. In land layout, land development intensity and parcel scale, the studied area is divided into Industrial area, City Centre and Residential area three functional partitions, defining the then, researched the influences by comprehensive restorations of river on each of them. Secondly, the thesis researched the influences on the rivers surrounding's traffic organization by the comprehensive restorations of Yu River and Zhangmian River in Weifang city, separately from urban trunk road system, city branch system and pedestrian system were discussed. Among them, in urban trunk road system and urban branch system, the thesis not only analyzed the situation of building and abandoned roads, also studied the changes of network grade, network density and network forms. In the pedestrian system, the influences comprehensive restorations of river were discussed respectively from the riverside foot path, completely walk area, pedestrian bridges and business district four aspects.Finally, the thesis researched the influences on the rivers surrounding's urban landscape by the comprehensive restorations of Yu River and Zhangmian River in Weifang city, separately from urban landscape system, open space system, urban texture and river landscape interface four aspects were discussed. Among them, in the urban landscape system, this paper discusses the changes of two rivers surrounding's urban landscape system which is combined by "point, line and plane". In the open space system, the paper studied the changes of the relation of open space system on over river neighborhoods. In the urban texture, the paper studied the changes of the heterogeneous and homogeneous on over river neighborhoods. In the river landscape interface, this thesis not only studied the changes of the landscape, also studied the changes of plane composition and profile composition of the river landscape interface.
