Analysis On The Pattern Of The Historic Districts Protection And Renewal Model Based On The Urban Catalystic Theory

As the embodiment of city historical culture and regional characteristics,historical district is an important part of the urban space. However, in the course of urban development, many historical street blocks which have various city issues become the district that in urgent need of improvement in the urban area. As the process of urbanizationthe got further promoted, land resources has become increasingly tense which promote the development of old urban districts into a new object. In the practice of the reconstruction in the inner cities, improper update measures made the Urban Culture Connotations and the location spirit got great damage, which also includes a number of urban reconstruction and renewal of historic blocks. Therefore, to seek an appropriate status quo of china's historic blocks protection and renewal strategy on the basis of continuation of historical context and location spirit, implementation of material renewal of historic blocks, the function adjustment, economic recovery, the recreation of block vitality is very necessary.Now introduce the " Urban catalytic theory " concept. Based on " Urban catalytic theory of" urban design strategy study, discussion on the reference model of urban historic blocks protection and renewal.In the introduction of the article, make a brief quo about the update status of the historic blocks protection and renewal. Then established the " Urban catalytic theory" model of urban historic blocks protection and renovation as the main research contents of the paper. After this, I discussed the research purposes, the situation of study, research method of this article and proposed organizational structure of the paper.The second part of the paper, by the means of the studying of the historic blocks protection and renewal based on "urban catalytic theory", analysis protection and renewal strategy of the city historical street from the theoretical level. On the basis of the above study, I summed up the application strategy, the practical model of the urban historic blocks protection and renewal based on the urban catalytic theory in the third part of the article. Through the analysis of three domestic real case which has been completed, made overall grasp of the protection and renewal pattern in practice on the three levels of the catalytic elements shaping, development process of catalytic reaction and the practice of the catalytic model.In the fourth part of the article, will apply research results in the protection and renovation of the southeast district of inner city district, Liaocheng. Based on the current situation of the southeast district, the historic blocks conservation based on urban catalytic theory through the rational select and update mode by catalytic element shape, control and guidance of these two aspects of catalytic reaction. Discussed the feasibility and rationality of the protection and renewal in catalytic model of urban historic blocks in detail.Finally, I sum up the inspiration of urban historic blocks protection and renewal pattern in actual project application based on urban catalytic theory, with a view to propose a suitable strategy for China's urban conservation and renewal of historic blocks.
