Pingwu Historic District From The Perspective Of Urban Culture Research On Protection And Renewal

The most important task that our country faces in the development of historical block protection and renewal is the inheritance and development of urban culture.In the process of the development of historical blocks in China,all regions began to pursue the goals of urban construction speed and economic efficiency optimization,which led to the imbalance of urban development and cultural heritage.However,with the development of historical blocks,problems such as the decline of urban culture,the fading of urban memory,the split of historical context and so on have gradually emerged.However,as the space carrier of urban culture,the historical block has a unique and important mission for the inheritance and development of urban culture.With the rapid development of the city,the inheritance of urban culture in the protection and renewal of historical blocks is gradually weakened.Pingwu County,Sichuan Province is a famous historical and cultural city in Sichuan Province.According to the protection plan of Pingwu County’s historical and cultural city,Baoen Temple historical and cultural block and xichengmen city wall historical and cultural block are defined as Pingwu historical and cultural block.However,with the rapid development of Pingwu’s urbanization in recent years,the rapid expansion of urban land and the gradual transfer of a large number of rural population to cities and towns,the rapid development of the city has caused varying degrees of damage to the overall pattern of the city,the unique features of the city and some historical and cultural heritage,as well as great difficulties in the protection of Pingwu’s historical and cultural blocks,thus the protection of Pingwu’s historical blocks It is urgent to protect and renew.This paper is based on the perspective of urban culture,through in-depth investigation on the current situation of Pingwu historical block,taking xichengmen and baoensi area as examples,analyzing the elements of historical block,connecting with the development of urban culture,comprehensively analyzing and refining Pingwu historical block culture,combining with the existing problems of xichengmen historical block and baoensi historical block in Pingwu County and domestic problems Based on the reference of typical cases of conservation and renewal of outer Historic District,the "4Ps" mode suitable for conservation and renewal of Pingwu historic district is explored.From brand cultural position(BCP),value cultural position(VCP),function cultural position(FCP),strategy cultural position,SCP)four aspects,based on the perspective of cultural heritage,put forward specific measures and strategies to protect and update xichengmen and baoensi area,so as to comprehensively strengthen the continuation of Pingwu history and culture.To sum up,this is not only the exploration and Research on the development of Pingwu Historical District,but also the research that provides experience for the protection and renewal of Sichuan and even China’s historical district.
