Substation Centralized Monitoring Alarm Signal Line Of Information Processing Systems

The development of power system makes the scope and level of equipment that attendant need to focus increasing,although the digital information based on the traditional EMS/SCADA system is powerful, and has the SCADA, PAS, DTS and other functions, but can not be optimized for handling large amounts of data,and also can not give an intrinsic link between the data and the distribution,so the attendant often submerged in the flood of huge number, and difficult to find the key data in grid risk and possible signs of an accident. This paper reviews the EMS/SCAD A system architecture, development status and problems, and makes a detailed analysis of the automation system hardware, system software architecture and security system building.For domestic and international automated system development status, the use of automated systems in local county, the prevalence of the characteristics of large amount of alarm information, and taking into account the economic operation of the system, the future may have access to the information needs of distribution automation, it is proposed to meet the requirements of operation and management optimization of automated information solution, the terminal type of substation automation, and a detailed analysis of collected data types, different configurations for different site collection terminal device, and according to different needs to achieve remote, telemetry, remote control, and optimization of information, classified display, preparation of reasoning program to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the information collected to meet the needs of operation and management personnel in order to achieve a real sense of the centralized monitoring unattended substation, greatly streamlining the monitoring team on duty to run to avoid the display of large amounts of information garbage and high operation and maintenance costs, improve the level of substation automation equipment operation and achieved good economic returns, enriched the prefecture and county transfer automated systems.
