With the development of electric power production business enterprise scale unceasingly expands and the expansion of automation technology, requirements of the power company dispatching automation system construction, application and, maintenance requirements is are also rising. However, large dependency on excessive human source management staff to maintain control dispatching automation equipment present excessive human complex operation, unablcan note to meet the demand of detecting problems rapidly and timely, timely findfault,andproblems of demand. The traditional inspection methods have salready been far from satisfying the daily management of the system, and directly affecteding the normal circulatione of automation system. For solving these problems, it is the time toneed to build a real-time accurate and uniform control of dispatching automation monitoring system, whichthe system can monitor hardware devices and, applicationsrunning condition of applications, and also do connection analysis and judgment to some the system excrescent circumstances of the system.This thesis introduces the demand of application present situation of monitoring dispatching automation system, the database server and the core equipment monitoring. Through the study of new technique for monitoring equipment and procedures for the program, it has according to the design requirements, completed the design work of dispatching automation monitoring system, and described the key function describes implementation details of key functions. The system using the popular Web development technologies, especially integrated use of Django and Angular JS framework and. t Through the analysis of the system design ideas, this paper described the models and methods to build modern web applications. According to the characteristics of monitoring system, it has designed a stable and efficient, highly scalable system architecture, and described system deployment and scalability are described and analyzed,finally completed an effective solution of operatingon of electric power dispatching automation system monitoring. and effective solution.
