Electrostatic precipitation technology is widely used in dealing with air pollution, dust, and plays an important role in environmental protection. Conventional Electrostatic precipitation uses DC power supply, when deals with the high resistivity dust, the dust sediment in the anode is very difficult to release the charge, to cause the danger of back corona, and the efficiency of DC power supply is low. A large number of studies have shown that pulsed power supply used in electrostatic precipitator dust can increase efficiency, reduce energy consumption and can be a good deal of the high resistivity dust. This paper describes a DC superposed high-frequency pulsed power supply, which adds to the pulse of nanosecond rising edge on the basis of the DC bias voltage. Analyze the working principle and the main component of the power supply. And design of a power control system based on ARM7S3C44BOX. DC voltage and current are sampled, use of the digital PID controller for closed loop control of DC circuits, so that the DC voltage has to achieve the corona voltage; the pulse circuit uses open-loop control. When change the ARM7 controller output PWM wave frequency, the pulse frequency is also change. Software design is based onμC/OSII real-time operating system andμC/ GUI graphical user platforms, including the tasks of the PID control, serial data communication, spark processing and interface parameters setting. Finally, the simulation of the pulse circuit to verify the feasibility and correctness of the design has been rising nanosecond pulse.
