| With the increasingly rigorous emission standards of coal-fired plant fine particulate matter,it is imperative to add the fine particulate matter and aerosol pollutant removal equipment at the end of flue gas treatment system.This article designed a new type of cyclone wet electrostatic precipitator,combined with the mechanism of cyclone precipitation and electrostatic precipitation.Dust particles are driven to the plate electrode by the combined effect of centrifugal force and elecric force,and captured by wet dust-removal system.It can reach high removal efficiency for fine particulate matter and aerosol pollutant.This article performed precipitation mechanism analysis and experimental study on this new precipitator.Results show that,airflow in the precipitator moved helical downward,the airflow velocity of spiral edge was higher than the airflow velocity of spiral center,the flow field of precipitator met the requirement of capturing particles;Water on the collecting plate was distributed uniformity;Discharge performance and dedusting efficiency tests were conducted on the precipitator equiped different size of corona electrodes.Electric field performance of this precipitator is good;The dedusting efficiency of precipitator equipped corona electrode of 1000 mm length and 130 mm in diameter can reach 98.04%,and that of precipitator equipped corona electrode of 750 mm length and 80 mm in diameter can reach 97.59%;On the basis of new precipitator physical model,simulation results through COMSOL show that the dedusting efficiency of precipitator equipped corona electrode of 1000 mm length and 130 mm in diameter can reach about 90% for PM2.5,and reach about 94% for PM10;The dedusting efficiency slightly decrease with the increase of airflow rate for PM2.5 and slightly increase with the increase of airflow rate for PM10.The cause of it is that,the leading function of PM10 removal is centrifugal force,and the centrifugal force can be enhanced through increasing inlet velocity;the leading function of PM2.5 removal is electric field force,and the residence time of particles is cut down due to increasing inlet velocity,then part of particles escape.In conclusion,this type of precipitor has applied prospect in clean emission of coal-fired plant.It can removal fine particulate matter and aerosol pollutant as deep refining equipment at the end of flue gas treatment system. |
