ABSTRACT:To alleviate heavy traffic and inefficiency transportation in cities, many cities plan and carry on large-scale construction of urban rail transit. With the formation of urban rail transit system, the transfer station building becomes key factor which affects the efficiency of all the system. It is one kind of difficult project that newly built station achieves the objective to transfer the existing station, so this article regards this problem as research area, regards the Revolution Military Museum transfer station of the newly built Beijing Metro Line 9 and the existing Metro Line 1 as research object, regards choosing better transfer scheme and optimizing it for Revolution Military Museum station as research aim, regards building a high quality simulation model based on forecast demand to simulate the passenger flow's activities in rush hour as research method, assesses the station's operational aspect, and provides advice and help for the scheme's design and melioration.On the basis of analysing the domestic and foreign research present situation, this article introduces the project overview of newly built Beijing Metro Line Nine and Military Museum station firstly, then explains and estimates two kinds of construction schemes which are "Making a hole in Metro Line One's platform transfer scheme" and "Channels connecting eastern hall of Metro Line One transfer scheme" for Military Museum station——the transfer station of newly-built Metro Line Nine and existing Metro Line One. Then, this article confirms the simulation data and parameter through the profession standard and the software recommendation, collects lots of passenger flow material related newly built Metro Line Nine and existing Metro Line One, unifies pertinent investigation in underground station for many times, at last determins the passenger flow scale which determins the simulation result. After completing all preparatory work, the article establishs the simulation model and debugs it based on two transfer schemes, simulates three kinds of passenger flow situations, discovers the bottleneck and sensitive position, judges and contrasts two schemes according to the project related experience, then gives the optimization suggestion. The article accepts the optimized opinion to carry on the second analog computation selecting one kind of situation, tests the effect of the suggestion, finally determins "Channels connecting eastern hall of Metro Line One transfer scheme" as the recommended scheme with comprehensive analysis. There are one hundred and thirty figures, thirty-eight tables, and eighty-two reference documentations in the article.
