With the development of China’s economy and the advancement of urbanization construction,people’s demand for travel is becoming higher and higher,and the vehicles on the road are increasing day by day.In order to alleviate the traffic pressure,the role of underground urban rail transit becomes more and more important.However,while its rapid development,it also shows some problems in the rail transit passenger station: such as the low accuracy of passenger flow prediction in the station,and congestion during the peak passenger flow,There are conflict points in the design of the flow line in the station,and the layout of the facilities in the station is not standardized.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,certain measures need to be taken to optimize the flow line and the layout of the facilities in the rail transit station,and improve the overall service level and transportation efficiency.Based on the passenger flow data of Pengcheng Square Station of Xuzhou Metro,this thesis studies the passenger flow prediction of the rail transit transfer station,simulates and models the optimization of passenger flow organization of the transfer station,and analyzes and evaluates it,which proves the feasibility of the optimization.(1)Analyze and study the passenger flow at Pengcheng Square Station,study the space-time characteristics of the passenger flow at this transfer station,summarize the passenger flow rules,and obtain the actual data of daily passenger flow through AFC,so as to prepare the data for the next passenger flow forecast.(2)Introduce the current popular prediction models at home and abroad,compare them,analyze their advantages and disadvantages,and select a suitable prediction model(LSTM)to predict the passenger flow of Pengcheng Square Station,analyze the prediction results,and optimize the prediction model.(3)Investigate and analyze the surrounding layout of Pengcheng Square Station and the layout of facilities in the station,introduce the popular simulation software at home and abroad,compare and select the appropriate simulation software,and conduct the simulation modeling of the transfer station based on the real-time passenger flow predicted above.(4)Analyze the operation results of simulation modeling,put forward optimization strategies by analyzing the maximum passenger flow and surrounding environment,and select appropriate evaluation methods to evaluate the optimized results,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of passenger flow organization optimization.The final evaluation results can show that the optimization of passenger flow organization at Pengcheng Square Station can reduce the conflict of passenger flow streamline,and has certain reference value for improving the level of passenger flow organization at the transfer station and reducing the queuing time in the passenger station.
