With the advent of an aging society and living standards increasing, people's concepts of keeping health is changing, the previous hospital-centered health care model is transferring to the medical model which focused on community health, home and personal healthcare. This medical model lead the medical devices shift toward portable, miniaturization and family-oriented direction. The rapid development of electronic technology brought unprecedented opportunities to the development of portable medical equipment. Portable physiological signal acquisition system conforms to this trend, which means broad development prospects.The subject theme of the accuracy and stability, good security, easy operation and low cost of physiological signal acquisition, design a new portable physiological signal acquisition system. The system has physiological signal detection, a simple front-end data processing, data display, data storage and data communication and other basic function modules; a long time automatic detect of the human pulse, temperature and oxygen saturation; a storage and replay data function on the PC, which easy to keep users aware of their health status.The research of portable physiological signal acquisition system in this subject include:select ADuC848 chip as the core of acquisition system, designed and implemented the power management circuitry, data storage circuit, data display circuit and the serial communication circuit. Firmware is designed modular, program and simulate under the environment of Kei. the PC software is programmed under MFC framework based on object-oriented design concept. Finally, the test of software and hardware and system operation is executed, the results show that the system can meet the design requirements, and achieve the intended purpose.
