Study Of Characters And Settlement Analysis Of Duricrust Soft Subgrade Under Road Embankment

In our coastal and inland plains, duricrust soft is extensive, but we take the measure of the reinforcement of soft ground in the project design now, thus the reinforcment will increase the project costs, and delay the project duration. Therefore, this article mainly based on the expressway project of Cangzhou, we study the calculating methods and the settlement features about duricrust soft subgrade.By paving the test road of the Cangzhou expressway, we can monitor the foundation of settlement quantity and the excess pore water pressure in different depth, and master the settlement laws banks of the hard way under the embankment. The papers in the use of the finite element analysis software analyses that the height of embankment and the duricrust nature and duricrust of foundation treatment methods effects the force characteristics and deformation of the foundation. On this basis, in accordance with the principle of the equivalent stress, proposed the equivalent width of the ladder-shaped carries conversing long-shaped carries, then by the settlement calculating formula,we can calculate the settlement quantity of the foundation, and the settlement quantity of the three monitoring section. By the results comparing with the actual results and the limited kyat results,we conclused that the results calculated by the fixed formula is closed to the actual results.
