The project designed an electric and hydraulic mix-drive cooling system which controlled by a singlechip. It can settle the over heat problem of engine and too much power consumption and hydraulic oil system which happens in the heavy duty truck engineering construct process. The cooling system is composed by engine cooling system and hydraulic cooling system and it can control the two parts at the same time. The cooling fan can be disposed at anywhere which conquer the abuse of traditional drive style and use low power. The electric and hydraulic mix-drive cooling system settle the over heat problem of engine and hydraulic oil system effectively. This cooling system can cooling oil and engine separately, thus overcome many shortages exist in traditional cooling system, at the same time shortened the axial-distance when preparing the installation of the fan and improved its volumetric efficiency, lowed energy consumption of the engine, most importantly it solved the over-heat problem of the engine cooling system and the oil cooling system efficiently.The fan and pump of the engine cooling system using hydraulic motor as the original force, the flow-rate of which was controlled by electro-magnetic proportional over-flow valve, the single-chip can regulate the current value according to the coolant temperature and the target temperature, then the flow-rate of the hydraulic oil was controlled, finally the speed of the fan and the pump was controlled automatically. The fan of the oil cooling system was driven by a direct-current motor, the speed of the motor can be regulated by the single-chip which according to the temperature signal of the oil taken by oil sensor and the target temperature, at last the system can modulate the speed of the oil cooling fan automatically.This paper mainly points: the cooling system into the engine cooling system and hydraulic oil cooling system two relatively independent part; The cooling fan and pump independently of the engine control. When the engine is cool start in the cooling system, cooling fan and pump all don't work, the engine warm up rapidly, save fuel.In a word, the testing results indicate that the electric hydraulic mix-drive cooling system which controlled by a singlechip can resolve the overheat problem of engine cooling system and hydraulic system effectively, at the same time it also is easy to fix, source saving and with high power than the traditional cooling system. So it accords the trend of modern times cooling system completely.
