These days,automobile noise is the pollution problem that need be solved urgently in our country.Reducing the noise of automobile not only is beneficial to the environment,but also avails to people health and improving the standard of living.Gear-box is the key part .How to control the noise of gear-box is an important research to many automobile enterprises.This dissertation aims at the problem of the noise of CHINA NATIONALL HEAVY DUTY TRUCK GROUP DATONG GEAR CO.,LTD falling short of the lately standard,and makes the research on the better reason of the gear-box noise. Using the finite element and experimental analysis method,the dissertation directly researches the vibrating noise of the gear-box,and takes some availability measures to control vibrating noise.By optimizing the housing and gear parameter to reduce its noise,and validate the effect.At first, the dissertation analyses the reason of noise of the gear-box gear and the housing and the main source in housing noise.Much gear parameter affect gear noise. It offers a theory basis to decrease vibration and noise of gear-box.To get the direct information.At firsr,we collect the data and information noise of gear-box in the workshop. Then by the finite element ,we make modal analysis to the gear-box gear and housing.Find out the sensitive part of the gear-box vibration and noise and gear parameter.At last ,using the finite element method and experiment, we synthesize the part to effect the gear-box noise.By the test, it achieve good results.In the full dissertation,the key job as follows:we have studied the international the noise of the gear-box,confirm the dissertation goal and the key content.We have analysed the key part and parameter affecting the noise of the gear-box.They is the gear train and housing.And introduce the 10 speeds gear-box composition and drive thoery.The main factor of the noise of gear train is gear profile, gear lead and so on.and the gear-box housing material,frame and the other parts.We have gained the data of the noise and vibration of gear-box in the workshop,and the vibration frequency curve and much signals.By way of the experiment,we have gained the characteristics of vibration and noise about HW15710 gear-box housing.we have collected many informations of the gear-box by ways of the data and the curve.We have provided the basic data in order to the relation of gear contact frequency ,the finite element model frequency and the vibration signal PSD,to reduce the noise of the bousing.We have done the modal analysis utilizing the finite element software.We have gained the mode of vibration of the housing and gears.Using the HyperMesh software,we have done pretreatment.Using the OptiStruct software we have done the conclusion.We have modeled the HW15710 gear-box.Utilzing the housing modal analysis,we have studied the housing dynamics characteristic,the housing free modal and restrict modal,the acceleration PSD analysis,the 10 phases and 8 phases mode of vibraion.These have established the theory basis.The have provided effectual way to reduce the contruct vibration and noise.We have improved the part and their parameter,such as gear train,the housing.Using the finite elment and the experiment.By the experiment,the result is very good.I sum up the full text.To reduce the noise pollution,we should try to reduce the noise of gear-box.
