Research On The Database Development And The Data Assessment Method For Car Crash Test

Duing to the nmber of the car increasing,the improvement of road traffic and the speed of the car increasing,the total amounts of traffic accidents are rising in China.Therefore,the people pay more attention to research on the security of the car crash. However, the level of car crash test is so poor that there has a large margin between the domestic and foreign countries in researching on security of the car crash.The margin is mainly in the lack of the support of database when people analyze test data after making car crash test.In the overseas labs,there has a strong database system.So,establishing car crash test database system for analysising and evaluating test data can provied effective data support to security design and optimize the parameters of vehicle products. Meanwhile, though the car crash security standards have been applied into different types of cars for evaluating the security of car carsh in every country, the law specified in the car crash security standards can only include the minimum requirements of the security of each product and it cannot completely reflect the security level. In view of the characteristics of traffic accidents and the relevant provisions of the CNCAP,so we must set up test data evaluation methodology in order to encourage producers pay more attention to the technological development of the product safety performance.The evaluation methodology can make the test results become more quantification and make the results of evaluations not only provide the information of car security but also can have some reference value on technological development of the product safety performance. In this paper,we mainly evaluate test data which is applied to evaluate car collision security test.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Design and Analyse the programme of the test database system.On the basis of demands of the system,we also have made a selection for the system operation of environment, analysed the system function, divided the system into different functional modules in view of system function, analysed overall operation process of the system and analysed the element of the system. The programme of the sysytem have been designed and analysed on the basis of above content.(2)Establish database of crash test.On the basis of analysing test data and system function, the conceptual model have been build and the E-R plans have been established.Then,in the logical structure design phase and physical design phase, the conceptual model have been converted to the machine world's data models and the two-dimensional relationship table which received the support of the DBMS have been set up. Finally, we have set up data table in DBMS, designed the field properties and integrity and security of database system. The database have been built by the above design.(3)Design various functional modules of test database system.The process which is the entrance to the database system have been designed.The design method of each module and the system business logic have been built.Based on above design,various functions of the system are realized. The setup have been maked,when it is certain that there is no mistake after debugging and compilering the system.At last, an independent executable files which is provied to users to make the application system install is formed. It is signifcant that the system is helpful for the car crash lab of testing center to manage test data normalized,analyse and evaluating test data and provide strong support tool for security design and parameters optimization of the vehcile and the prouduct.(4)Reasearch on the assessment method of Car Frontal Impact test data.The forces of the pepole are analysed by the motion of the pepole in order to find the damage parts of the occupant.Therefore,the appraisal targets can be reasearched and maked though establishing the forced model of the damage parts of the occupant.According to relevant laws and hurt class, the assement method of appraisal targets have been reaserached.At last, a car crash test data have be evaluated and analysed through the assesment method in order to verify the feasibility of the assesment method.The content of this paper have theroretical and practical value for further batabase development and researching on the assessment method for car crash test data.
