The simulative car crash test-bed, as a assistant design and test devise, being mainly used for developing and testing cars'parts including seat, seat belt, air bag, bumper etc, can simulate the acceleration curve just as a car really crashed. And it could achieve these easily, costlessly and repeatedly. According to the different principles of outputting acceleration curve of the dolly, there are two kinds test-beds, shooting type and hitting type.In article, the study object is the simulative car crash test-bed drived by hydraulic pressure, adopting computer simulation method to simulating the test-bed's work flow and making the dolly to repeat the expected output. During studying of this problem, it takes software MATLAB/SIMULINK as a platform. After calculating hydraulic components'main parameters and building the test-bed's model, it performs the simulation first time and make the dolly's response similar to the expected output. And then, for the sake of reducing the error of the real response and the expected output and improving the consistent degree of them, we get the math model of the test-bed by identifying the test-bed system's parametric and non parametric model, preparing for compensating error by using iteration method. Before compensating the output error, we first define the iterat-ive error and make use of the weighting error to control iterative times. We get the relatively perfect output and the corresponding input after carrying out the iterative program. Finally, considering the effect brought by some uncertain factors and multi-disturbances during the experiment, we take them as variables and put them in the simulative model of the test-bed and validate the iteration arithmetic and achieve the aim of simulating.
