Researches Into The RC Frame Beams Strenthened Wite Carbon Fiber-reinforced Plastic And Steel Plate And Their Application

When the bearing capacity of the beams, plates or columns cannot meet the requirements of a predetermined or expected load, they must be strengthened to ensure the safety of structural members. Steel plate reinforced method and CFRP strengthening method have been becoming mature reinforcement methods. The current design code for strengthening concrete structure(GB 50367-2006) is given the design requirements and the relevant design provisions as well as the design and calculation formula of various reinforcement members.According to the requirement of the owners, Caofeidian technology building engineering in Hebei province need to increase a house escalator, the type of which is EPEN-1200*35/030-5700. According to the requirements of specification and construction of the escalator, the RC frame beam needs to be strengthened. In this engineering, two reinforcement methods including steel plate reinforced method and CFRP strengthening method are used to strengthen the RC frame beam.In this dissertation, the development of relevant reinforcement method, and then after introducing the constitutive relationship of concrete, reinforcing bar and CFRP, the corresponding parameter setting is described in detail. The separate model of RC member is used in this paper. On the basis of this, the element used in this paper is introduced.On the basis of the above, the Abaqus finite element analysis software is used to analyze the various model of RC member, and then the reasonable model is determined.Firstly, the performance of various beams under the new design load is analyzed, and then the load-deflection relationship and stress distribution of these beams are obtained and analyzed.At last, the construction technology of reinforcement engineering in Caofeidian technology building and the condition of service of reinforced RC beam are introduced.
