A loader is one of the main machines that is used in various applications. It can work in complex environment and adverse circumstances. The drivers need shift frequently and there is great labor intensity for them. Besides that, its working stability is poor during the working process. With the requirements for advanced technology and improving working conditions, people want to get better working Performance for the loaders than before when they use them in the complex environment. On one hand, the better operability and higher reliability are demanded; on the other hand, the working environment should be more comfortable. The requirements become much more for the further improvement in all aspects of the loaders.This research roots in a project. It is the major Science-Technology Project of Department of Science and Technology of Henan Province, the project number is (092101210103). There are two organizations for this project, one is school of mechanical engineering, Zhengzhou University; the other is Yutong Heavy Industries Co,Ltd. and the research is based on the DANA32000 fixed-axis power shift transmission. The theoretical research on transmission hydraulic control system and simulation analysis on the hydraulic control valve and the shift clutch are finished in this paper. Through the study on the analysis of the influencing factor, the key factors which affect the transmission have been improved.The research is summarized as follows:(1) It is described in detail for the overall structure and working principle of the DANA32000 transmission, the control principles and the transmission routes have been studied carefully, besides that, the physical models of the control and transmission system in the transmission have been achieved.(2) According to the analysis on the work principles of the hydraulic control valve in the DANA32000 transmission, the physical models and the equivalent dynamic models in this assembly have been built, furthermore, the theoretical and simulation analysis also have been completed.(3) According to the analysis on the structure and working principle of the shift clutch, the physical models of the shift clutch have been established. With the AMEsim simulation platform, the results which are obtained from the performance parameters through choosing some appropriate parameters for the simulation model.(4) Based on the key factors which affect the transmission and through the study on the influencing factors, some optimizing methods have been proposed and they all offer a theoretical basis for the further improvement.According to the research on the characteristics of the hydraulic control valve, the shift clutch assembly and the entire hydraulic control system, the overall performance of the hydraulic system in the transition have been improved, meanwhile, there are some improvements in their working reliability and some other aspects. The research in this paper may offer some practical references for this kind of electro-hydraulic systems.
