Turbine control has experienced mechanical hydraulic control system,Electro-hydraulic control system,Analogue electro-hydraulic system and Digital electro -hydraulic control system,since the early 20th century. Mechanical hydraulic control system with high reliability, long life, free from electromagnetic interference characteristics, with these advantages, the turbine control used in the area of ship still holds on a dominant position.Because of Mechanical hydraulic control system constraints by the structural, it presence of large time-varying, high-inertia phenomenon, led to charges of turbine speed unstable and working condition conversion delay large. To address these problems, this issue study of the development of steam turbine domestic and overseas, my purpose is to design a control system based self-tuning of Turbo-circulating pump.In this paper, we build a Marine Steam Turbine model on the hydraulic system simulation software of AMESim through mechanism of analysis. And Turbo-circulating pump hydraulic control system of the original transformation, the use of electro-hydraulic servo valve to replace the original mechanical hydraulic control system to achieve the system's transformation of the power company. Turbine Pump for adverse operating conditions in some run-time, the speed instability proposed fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy will be introduced to the Turbo-circulating pump control system. With AMESim / Simulink co-simulation, confirmed the self-adaptive fuzzy PID control based on electro-hydraulic servo control system can significantly improve the Turbo-circulating pump control system stability.
