| With the development of science and technology, miniaturizing, lightening, high reliability, low noises and the use of computer-aid design are the main trend of switch power supply. The soft switching technology which is relative to hard switching is the key technology to achieve high power density and high reliability for power electronic equipment. The xenon light power supply is constant current source, in this thesis, I make use of soft switching technology to study and design a high power xenon light power supply, and get an excellent property.Firstly, the thesis introduces the working principle and control strategy of full-bridge converter, which is suitable for the application occasion of high power electronic equipments. Through the analysis of the working principle, the advantages and disadvantages of phase-shifted full-bridge zero-voltage switching (ZVS) converter and phase-shifted full-bridge zero-voltage and zero-current switching (ZVZCS) converter, the phase-shifted full-bridge ZVZCS converter using two diodes in series with the lagging leg is chosen as the main circuit topology. The circuit topology has advantages which are simple structure, to be realized easily and smaller duty cycle loss.Afterward, according to the technical requirements of xenon light power supply, from the engineering point of view, the parameters and component models of the main circuit are determined. The main circuit mainly includes bridge inverter circuit, rectifier and filter circuit and high frequency transformer. Meanwhile, the design project of control part is given. The peripheral circuit of the controller chip UCC3895 and the drive circuit are designed respectively.The main circuit is simulated by PSpice. The results of simulation show that the parameters are reasonable. ZVS for leading leg and ZCS for lagging leg are realizable. Finally, the theory has been put into practice and an engineering prototype is developed. The measured waveform and data affirm that the ZVZCS for the power supply design are achieved, and the power supply possesses excellent properties which meet the design requirements. The xenon light power supply possesses little loss and high efficiency because of soft switching technology. Thus, this thesis has some significance to power supply design for the reference in the future. |
