With the rapid development of the national economy, electric power industry as the basis of socio-economic development and guarantee have also been booming. Safe, efficient and stable power supply for the customer service department is the basic function of the electricity supply sector. All aspects of power supply system ensure smooth-running operation of the entire power system. Busduct as current transfer devices attracts more attention of insiders. Research on the enclosed busduct has become one of the most concerned content of bus manufacturers and major power stations.First of all, this article discusses the importance of the study for the non-segregated enclosed phase busduct, and then it optimizes and accounts thermal balance of non-segregated phase busduct with orthogonal design by consulting a large amount of documents. Secondly, it analyzes dynamic characteristics of assured scheme including the calculation of shorting circuit power stress, conductor vibration frequency and conductor stress to initially program.Thirdly, it stimulates and analyzes the fields of non-segregated phase busduct with finite element analysis software ANSYS.Finally, the article proposes to improve the shortcomings of traditional method from a closed design, manufacturing, field installation and maintenance, which can guarantee the high stability and high reliability to optimize running performance, and can facilitate the production enterprises manufacturing, construction and installation and normal running routine maintenance.The research of phase busduct involves a wide range, including mechanics, electromagnetic, heat transfer and higher mathematics, etc. It will be valuable and supply theoretical support for the following research of tube-shaped phase busduct with the data of this paper which is approved by many examinations and tests from enterprises.
