The Architectural Project Risk Management And Engineering Application In The Women’s Garden

Now our country is during the high peak period of the construction. It not only has more tasks and bigger scale but also is more complex and more difficult. The characteristics of engineering such as high investment, long working period and more participants cause kinds of risks to the projects. So risk management is very important, it is essential and has directive significance to research thoroughly for the risk management of the projects, to work hard to investigate and evade risk, to find the valid path decreasing risk losses.In this article the selected topic background, present research situation of the home and outside risk management, question of project risk management in our country are introduced. On the basis of risk management research, the definition of risk and process of risk management are introduced, the main process in the risk management. The theory and method of the identification, the estimate and the appraisal of the project risk management are introduced systematically and applied in the project reality. AHP which is applied to risk estimate will be easily quantized and operated.The application of risk management in engineering project has been explained by a project instance at the end of this paper.
