Different subway construction projects are constrained by uncontrollable factors such as the project’s own construction characteristics,social politics,surrounding environment,and internal organization of the enterprise.As the construction project of Lanzhou Metro Line 2Bid Section 4 has complicated processes,numerous procedures,a large number of participating construction personnel,various types of equipment,and different construction environments and external environments,effective control of progress management during the construction process will exist.Big difficulties.Therefore,in order to ensure that the project can be successfully completed on schedule,it is particularly necessary to conduct progress risk management research on its construction process.By consulting the data and collecting similar subway track construction projects,it can be known that due to the narrow area of ??the subway,the complex construction environment,and construction crossovers,the risk factors that affect the lag of the construction schedule must exist,and the lagging of the construction schedule is also common in subway construction projects.appear.Therefore,by identifying the risk of railroad construction progress,establishing a risk assessment index system and a risk assessment early-warning model,thereby establishing a risk assessment index system for urban rail transit construction progress,which is of great significance to the research of railroad construction progress management research.The research contents of this article are as follows:First,taking the construction progress risk of the 4th bid section of Lanzhou Metro Line2 as the research object,referring to the theory and guidance methods of progress management related to the construction work of the subway,referring to the literature and the actual site investigation,the progress risk of the construction of the subway project is discussed separately.This paper studies the causes of schedule risks,conducts in-depth analysis of the main process of subway civil construction,key factors affecting schedule risks,how to compile and optimize schedules,and finally identifies internal and external factors that affect subway engineering civil engineering projects.Combined with the constraints of project quality,cost,safety and resources,a comprehensive analysis of the current status of risk management of civil construction progress in the 4th bid section of Lanzhou Metro Line2 was selected,the main indicators affecting the project’s progress risk were screened,and the4 th bid of Lanzhou Metro Line 2 was established Index system of risk impact of civil construction progress in sections.Secondly,on the basis of constructing the risk index system for civil construction progress in this bidding section,the analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate theweights of each indicator in the progress risk impacting index system,and then to identify the delays in the civil construction progress of Lanzhou Metro Line 2 bidding section 4.The main factors provide the basis for the diagnosis and decision-making of schedule risk.Then,the subjective fuzzy estimation method is used to determine the risk level by combining the schedule risk probability and the risk loss estimate,that is,the R = P × C method is used to construct the research civil construction Membership matrix of project risk assessment;based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a schedule risk assessment model is established to comprehensively evaluate the progress risk of the civil engineering construction project of the subway,and the overall progress of the research object is analyzed on the basis of calculating the risk level of a single risk factor Risk level,and then determine the progress risk status of the civil construction project in the bidding section.Finally,through quantitative analysis and research on the current construction progress risk level of the civil engineering project in the 4th bid section of Lanzhou Metro Line 2,it fully reflects the progress risk management in the different stages of the preliminary preparation,construction process,completion acceptance and transfer of civil construction in this bid section.Points and difficulties.From a system perspective,the corresponding control measures and countermeasures are proposed.One is to continuously strengthen the control of key factors that affect the progress risk of the civil construction project,and the other is to continuously find ways to improve the project’s progress management level.In this way,we can effectively avoid the risk of similar schedule delays in the future construction of the civil engineering in this bidding section,so as to ensure that it can achieve good progress and economic benefits.
