Earth-rockfill dam slope stability analysis of an ancient and important subject in water conservancy project. It is in the process of development has accumulated much experience and some calculation methods in engineering analysis. This paper firstly summarizes various seepage stability analysis method. Then the reinforcement seepage stability of the main dam of Hongqi reservoir is analyzed with software Geo-Slope. Specific work are as follows: Main tasks are as follows:(1) This paper summarizes the dam seepage analysis of various methods, and illustrates the difference of the research method, the experimental method , the basic theory of the hydraulic finite element method and method of condition.(2) This paper summarizes the slope stability analysis of the development process, and introduces the theoretical basis of the limit equilibrium method and assumptions.(3) The paper studies the influence of various factors of earth-rockfill dam seepage. The paper also use saturated-unsaturated seepage of the basic equation and the software Geo-Slope simulated anti-seepage effect of Hongqi reservoir with high-pressure rotary spray reinforcement concrete diaphragm. Results show that decreasing speed of upstream water speed directly affect the change of dam in free surface. Drop speed reservoir dam, the free surface initial change quickly. Slow down when the reservoir dam, the free surface change slowly. But as time goes on, finally free surface change stable.Groundwater reservoir upstream speed greatly influence upper slope stability safety coefficient. Water drop quickly, slope stability safety coefficient drop greatly. Slow and steady decline water safety coefficient is small. Even the minimum requirement is only slightly stable value even factor the stability of slope safety after the danger-eliminating reinforcement of the dam,. The control of its reservoir rate is still necessary base on the visible reservoir engineering. In this set of operating conditions, the greatest impact on the strengthening effect is flawed wall, followed by the bottom wall elevation, is relatively minimal wall permeability. Based on the analysis of the calculation example, we further understand the changes of water seepage field distribution and induced landslides instability rules. Results can be used for our dilapidated reservoir reinforcement and reservoir operation and provide reference that has certain theoretical significance and value.
