In the 21st century of advocating energy-saving in buildings, the application of lightweight aggregate concrete (LWAC) is getting more and more broad, the research is getting more and more deep, because of its characteristics of high-strength and light-weight and performance such as thermal insulation. This article will research the relationship between compressive strength and the influencing factor through the shale ceramsite experimental, as well as ceramsite concrete's lasting quality.And then, doing Reliability analyzes base on ceramsite concrete empirical date.First, the thesis research the relationship among ceramsite water-absorptivity and the tube to press the intensity and the density and size through testing the performance of Ceramsite. Then the thesis studies the ceramic material concretes each composition factor to its intensity influence through ceramsite concrete experiment. Using the strength neural network model, which established on experimental data, the thesis can further studies the nonlinearity relationship between ceramsite concrete intensity and its influencing factor.it establishes the intensity formula of ceramsite concrete according to the empirical date, we will calculate the best mixture ratio through the optimization method base on intensity formula.Through experiment of impermeability and freezing-thawing resistance, it research the durability of ceramsite concrete under the different ceramsite prewet degree and the different water ratio, forecast the chloride ion penetration depth using the multi-factor's neural network model, the experiment result and the analysis indicated that the ceramsite concrete have a better durability compare to common concrete.Finally statistic part empirical date of the ceramsite concrete, we will obtains the statistical parameter for ceramsite concrete compressive strength and each kind of component resisting force and alculates the ratio of the component resisting force design value and component resisting force normal, the ratio can simplifies the method of ceramsite concrete fiduciary level, the component of ceramsite concrete designed in present standard have a higher degree of security compare with the one of commom concrete.
