Anchor technology has become an irreplaceable security reinforcement measures in geotechnical engineering, but the geotechnical anchor mechanism not yet fully clear, and its design theories and methods are not perfect. And we can't adopt reasonable and scietifical ways and evaluating methods for anchoring effects at the design stage. Therefore, it is meaningful to discuss and study the evaluating methods for supporting effects on the anchored slope. This paper firstly studies model tests according to the similarity theory of model tests, and then makes sure the materials needed for designing and making a variety of testing samples. It makes comparative analysises of the anchor effects in the terms of different anchoring methods and anchor density. In addition, this paper evaluates the actual effects of the slop reinforcement by FLAC3D software according to the changes in major parameters of the stress field, strain field and plastic zone. Details are as follows:(1) By comprehensively analyzing the anchor effects, this paper studies the similarity materials(rocks, adhesives, bolts) which are needed in themodel tests of the supporting effects of anchored ground and slope, and then confirm the best material ratio.(2) The paper designs models and testing methods for geotechnical anchor effects, makes testing samples with different anchoring ways (vertical anchoring, horizental anchoring and varied anchoring densities) and carries out tests related mechanics parameters to materials of rock types and roof bolts.(3) By making similarity tests in the experimrnt, the paper discusses the intensity and destroying ways of all anchored testing samples under the condition of uniaxial compression; by comparative analysises of stress-strain curvves, it studies the samples'intensities and change rules with different anchored conditions. And the rules are followed:whether the compressive intensity or the elastic modulus, the increasing intensity of vertical anchoring is higher than that of horizental anchoring, which shows different improvement degrees with increasing anchor density. However, the higher anchor density, the less improvement.(4) By applicating Hoek-Brown rule of GSI, this paper studies samples'characteristics of shear strength with different anchored conditions. Finally, it compares varied anchor root numbers between vertical anchoring and horizental anchoring, and the effent intensity on samples'cohesions and internal friction angles.(5) By carrying out numercial simulations on excavating and supporting engineering in the actual engineering slopes by applying the FLAC3D, a numercial simulation software, the paper studies the slope supports'different deformation patterns, stress state and the destributions of plastic zones, and systematically analyzes the anchoring effects of the slopes.
