More and more fluctuant load such as electric gantry crane and belt conveyor is connected into power supply networks of the Harbor port in Dalian. It leads to a voltage and reactive power under insufficient, and its supply quality was influence seriously. Now 6-10KV substation equipped with on-load regulating transformation and reactive power compensation with shunt capacitor set automatically equipment, local voltage quality and power factor to be effectively improved. Nevertheless, overall of port, it also fundamentally solved the voltage fluctuation, reactive power demand imbalance, therefore need for concentrated compensation of 66KV transformer substation.66KV substation reactive-power compensation on artificial cutting of reactive power compensation capacitor, it can increase working intensity of workers and cannot be accurately equilibrium of reactive power in the reactive power fluctuates greatly at present. Against the backdrop of 66KV power substation in Dayao Bay, a dynamic reactive-power compensation fuzzy controller of 66KV substation is designed to improve 66KV power substation reactive-power compensation in Dalian Port based on the existing equipment. The main tasks are as follows:1. Firstly, the development and the application of substation reactive-power compensation dynamic is summarized. Secondly, a new control strategy of seventeen areas is proposed in this paper, aiming at the disadvantage in nine areas of VQC Substation, as the design of dynamic adjusting voltage reactive-power basic theory of criterion.2. The dynamic reactive power compensation of 66KV transformer substation fuzzy controller is designed under the condition of the new control strategy combining fuzzy control technology. After fuzzy re-partition voltage and reactive fuzzy partition, a new reactive voltage adjustment fuzzy control strategy is put forward automatic adjustment of voltage and reactive power.3. The dynamic reactive power compensation fuzzy controller computer model is built by using the MATLAB Fuzzy Logic Toolbox. The design and simulation taking Dayao Bay 66KV substation as background embarks from the reality in existing equipment. The example substation model making use of SimPowerSystems of the MATLAB/SIMULINK is structured, connecting the fuzzy controller and the substation model which has been built, completing the control to substation voltage reactive, operating this model and obtaining simulation result. Analysis of the design's Simulation results of computer indicates that the design of fuzzy controller is effective and meets the design concept and theory request in advance.
