| Loader is commonly used in engineering works. The main operating conditions of loader are shovel, walking transportation, heavy traction and so on. Its working characteristics are varieties of speed and load, frequent manipulation, complex and changing work environment. The transmission of loader usually uses torque converter + power shift gearbox structure. This hydro-mechanical transmission has the adaptability of shovel works. When the loader works in cycle operations, the multi-speed gear transmission structure needs frequently shift operation. It is not only arduous, but also difficult to achieve fast-changing control mode when using mechanical manipulation means. On the other hand, it is laborsaving and easy to achieve control mode adapted to operating conditions of loader when using electronic control system. The automatic intelligent shift can achieve the best dynamic and best economy control of loader.The technology status and development trend of automatic shift control in engineering machine is introduced. The main research topic of electronic control system for loader transmission is also analyzed in this thesis.Aimed to the basic structure of loader and the claim to transmission, the structure, principle and characteristics of ZL40/50 liquid torque converter and multi-speed liquid transmission is separately analyzed. Based the analysis, the whole structure and working principle of electronic control system for loader transmission, the function of shifting and other special manipulating as well as the safety notices are put forward.The design of soft and hardware system in electronic control system for loader transmission and the anti-jamming design are developed.Aimed to the design rule of electronic control system for loader transmission, the method for testing the electronic control system is put forward. The road running test is carried out according to the test method. The test result indicates that the electronic control system for loader is satisfied the basic requirements of machine and that the designed system is satisfying. |
